Patta-Vishramgad(Children Trek)

Patta killa is situated between Nasik & Ahmadnagar. Vishramgad was formerly known as "Patta Killa", until Shivaji Maharaj visited and rested there for some time. The residents of Patta killa are now known as "Pattekar" meaning residents of Fort Patta, and still reside in Maharashtra.This was known as "Vishramgad" or "Bara Gavancha Mal". Along arm of Patta meets Avandh Plateau.From this Plateau a narrow track leads from the eastto gradually climb up the redge of patta and enters the walls of the fort.
